Describe What You Need to Evaluate
Use the application, process and end-use information you already have. You do not need an exact Grade or a complete specification before reviewing products or requesting a quotation.
Coatings
State the coating system and end use, whether the system is waterborne or solvent-borne, whether it is intended for indoor or outdoor use, the substrate and the properties you need to evaluate.
Plastics and Masterbatch
State the resin, processing route and finished product. Explain whether you are evaluating TiO2 directly in a plastic product or as an input to masterbatch production, then add the processing and appearance requirements that matter to the project.
Import and Distribution
If you are sourcing for distribution or more than one customer project, include the application groups, reference specifications, candidate Grades and estimated quantity for the intended delivery in Belgium. Use non-confidential technical criteria rather than customer formulations.

If you do not yet know the Grade, you may start the document request, but you must select one Grade before submitting. You can also review candidate Grades in the Product Hub or use “Not sure / Need help” on the quotation request.
You may name other Grades in Additional Requirements as supplementary context, but the form does not assign document types to those additional Grades. Submit a separate request for each Grade when you need to specify its document types independently.
